Return Policy

Order related and return shipping expenses are non-refundable unless due to an error on our part. If an item is returned to us damaged it will be at your expense.
We will offer refunds for all other conceivable situations on a per case basis. Please contact us as soon as you can with any refund requests. All returns should include a copy or the order invoice to expedite processing.

Damages

If you receive any damaged item(s) please notify us immediately and we will work with you to remedy the situation. We request that an image of the damaged item(s) be submitted as verification. Buyer’s can request replacement of damaged items or a refund for the product and prorated shipping cost. Damaged items and packaging need to be held for two weeks for possible return or inspection by the parcel service as most shipments are insured.
